Prof. Philip Melanson- Secret Service writing pioneer
I met him at COPA 1996. RIP-a great guy. I am mentioned several times in his Secret Service book

His legacy will live on via his family, students and his books. Still, gone too soon. I remember he passed away not long after his updated Secret Service book came out. We were in e-mail correspondence a year or so before, as well.
